CELEBRATE good friends, celebrate fine wine and good food, but really celebrate how fortunate we are to have fine musicians and a great Symphony in Olympia. Without our private fundraising efforts, (like Celebrate) we could not continue to bring you Huw, the Symphony and the fine music we have come to appreciate and expect. So, each year we throw a party called CELEBRATE, and this year it will be at Indian Summer Country Club on Saturday, May 30th and you are all invited!
A Champagne Reception greets you with opportunities to bid on fine wines, special and unique items from exotic places and destination trips to a private home on the Kona Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii or a lavish Estate on the beach near Zihuatanejo, Mexico. From Museum Quality native art from the Darrien Rain Forests of Columbia to original paintings from award winning local artists, there will be a wide choice of wonderful items and experiences from which to choose. Special guided tours of the Museum of Flight, wonderful cooking classes, boating trips, one-of-kind birding expeditions, specialty imported foods, Seahawks and Husky tickets and other unique and special treats await your discovery. An evening bedecked with our special Butterflies; like fine music, so magic and so fleeting.
Music by the Olympia Symphony Orchestra Chamber Ensemble will accompany a wonderful dinner served with our “Fine Wines of Choice”: a Gold Medal winning Viognier and “Pirouette” from Long Shadows Winery, (which just won a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco Chronicle’s Annual ‘Wines of America’ Competition.) Gilles Nicault, Chief Winemaker at Long Shadows Winery, will be our special Guest of Honor for the evening as we auction off some of their ‘Sold Out’ private stock of award winning Limited Edition wines.
Come join us for a wonderful evening among
“Fine Wines and Bejeweled Butterflies!”
